  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 1/8 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. creme de menthe
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's fudge topping
  • 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 2 Tbsp. creme de menthe

Directions

    Blend well cake mix, water, 2 tablespoons creme de menthe, oil and egg whites.

    Beat at medium-high for 2 minutes.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan that has been greased and floured.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until top springs up when depressed.

    Cool thoroughly.

    Chill.
