- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 1/8 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. creme de menthe
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 egg whites
- 1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's fudge topping
- 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 2 Tbsp. creme de menthe
Directions

1Blend well cake mix, water, 2 tablespoons creme de menthe, oil and egg whites.

2Beat at medium-high for 2 minutes.

3Pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan that has been greased and floured.

4Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until top springs up when depressed.

5Cool thoroughly.

6Chill.
