  • 1 each eggs plus 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups swiss cheese grated
  • 1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped
  • 1 dash black pepper
