  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 c. tomatoes
  • 1 c. mushroom soup (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 lb. cheese
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Saute cauliflower, onion, bell pepper and celery.

    Mix vegetables with tomatoes, mushroom soup, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until thick.

    Place in 12-inch casserole.

    Cover with crumbs and cheese.

    Bake at 350° until brown and cheese is melted.
