  • 4 c. sliced thin zucchini
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can crescent rolls (Pillsbury refrigerator)
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine

Directions

    Cook onions and zucchini in 1/2 cup margarine for 10 minutes. Beat eggs and mix into cheese.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Pour into a deep-dish pie pan where rolls are patted to form crust.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until light brown and bubbly.
