- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 lb. fresh flounder filets
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Mix first 4 ingredients in saucepan and simmer about 15 minutes or until tender.

3Place fish in shallow buttered baking dish in single layer.

4Pour sauce over and bake for 25 minutes.

5Add salt and pepper as desired prior to baking.
