  • 2 small onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can crabmeat
  • thyme
  • 1 head garlic
  • 3 pieces celery
  • enough flour to brown
  • 2 cans shrimp
  • oysters
  • bay leaves

    Heat lard in good sized iron pot.

    Chop onions, garlic, bell pepper and celery; fry.

    Brown with flour.

    Add seafood and water according to pot.
