- 2 doz. oysters
- 2 doz. shrimp
- 2 doz. okra
- 4 stems large celery
- 3/4 c. tomato pasta
- 2 small bell peppers
- 1 1/2 c. shortening
- salt and pepper to tate
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
Directions

1Chop seasoning and saut lightly. Make roux with flour and shortening. Put 3 quarts of water in pot and bring to boil. Add tomato paste and roux to boiling water. Add seasonings and crabs. Cook for about 1 hour. Add shrimp and oysters about 10 minutes before cooking is finished.
