  • 1 1/2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. safflower oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 tsp. crushed basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
  • 4 drops hot sauce
