- 1 pkg. polka kielbasa
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 12 to 15 small shrimp
- 6 to 8 okra, sliced
- 1 c. frozen corn
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- red pepper to taste
- 1/2 small red bell pepper, chopped
Directions

1Cut kielbasa into small slices.

2Place in pan and brown.

3Drain off fat.

4Add shrimp and continue to brown for 5 minutes.

5Add okra and corn.

6Cook for 5 more minutes.

7Then add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes, seasonings and bell pepper.

8Cover and simmer for 10 minutes on low.

9Serve over rice.
