- 1/2 c. fat
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Brown flour dredged in liver fat.

2Remove.

3Saute onion and bell pepper in

4remaining fat until tender.

5Pour off any excess fat.

6Add liver, tomatoes, water and seasonings to onion and pepper.

7Simmer, covered, 30 minutes.

8Add extra water, if needed, while simmering.
