- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Bourbon
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pie crust, 9 inch,chilled
Directions

1Prebake the chilled pie shell, weighted down, at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
