- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can tomatoes
- few drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 c. sliced, stuffed olives
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 lb. or more cooked shrimp
Directions

1Saute celery, onion, garlic and green pepper.

2Add remaining ingredients (except shrimp) and simmer for 30 minutes.

3Add cooked shrimp and serve over rice.
