- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2 cans Italian style chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. red wine
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. large prawns
Directions

1Cook fresh vegetables in olive oil until slightly wilted.

2Add all seasonings.

3Add red wine and tomatoes. Add cleaned and shelled uncooked prawns.

4Cook 3 to 5 minutes.
