  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 of cup water
  • 1/2 of cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of suger
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extra
  • 1 butter as needed to fry the crepes
  • 1 nutella as needed (optional)
  • 1 fruits (optional)

Directions

    In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs,milk,water,and butter.

    Gradually add in the flour stirring to combine.

    Add the salt, sugar and vanilla extra beat until smooth.

    Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.

    Pour the batter onto the griddle.

    Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

    Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown.

    turn and cook the other side.
