- 100 grams Pastry flour
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 350 ml Milk
- 30 grams Butter
Directions

1Melt butter in milk in microwave for about a minute or until butter is melted.

2*do not make this liquid too hot*

3Mix eggs in a blender.

4Pour #1 into #2, mix.

5Add flour to #3, mix.

6Cover with plastic wrap and leave it in a fridge for at least 30 minutes.

7To cook:

8Heat non stick skillet medium-low temperature.

9Mix the batter well

10Oil the pan very lightly.

11Use a regular size ladle, pour batter into the pan and tilt the pan quickly to spread the batter.

12Note: remove the pan off of heating element when pouring batter.

13Keep in the fridge for a few days.
