- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 14 pint milk
- 14 pint water
- cooking oil
Directions

1Sieve flour and salt into a large mixing bowl.

2Make a well in the centre and add half of the milk with the egg.

3Beat and add the water and remaining milk with a slosh of oil.

4Let the mixture stand for a good 30 minutes or so.

5Fry in batches, 2/3 minutes either side depending on size and how many you want to cook.
