- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Measure dry ingredients; stir in remainder and beat until smooth. For each crepe, lightly butter 8-inch skillet.

2Pour 1/4 cup of batter into skillet.

3Cook until light brown; turn and brown on other side.

4If desired, spread jam, sugar, powdered sugar, lemon juice thinly; roll up.

5Makes 12 crepes.
