- 1 to 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- oil (for skillet)
Directions

1In a bowl combine flour, milk, eggs and salt.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Beat with a rotary beater until blended.

4Lightly oil an 8-inch skillet; heat over medium heat.

5Pour 1/4 cup of batter into skillet; immediately rotate pan until batter covers the bottom.

6Cook until lightly browned, turn and brown on other side.

7Repeat until all batter is used.

8If desired, while warm, spread applesauce, sweetened strawberries, jelly or jam thinly on crepes; roll up.
