- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Beat ingredients together.

2Pour approximately 1/5 to 1/4 into hot greased frying pan.

3Spread batter to all edges by tipping the pan until it reaches all the edges and the batter is covering the whole bottom of the frying pan.

4When the batter appears to no longer be runny (approximately 2 to 3 minutes), turn the crepe over to cook the other side.

5Should yield 4 to 5 crepes, depending on the size of the crepe or frying pan.
