- 3 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients (thin batter); pour into pan (I use 6-inch cast-iron skillet), sprayed with Pam.

2Pour small amount in center of pan, then tilt pan so batter covers entire surface.

3Remove when top looks dry.

4Do not flip (brown just 1 side).

5Fill with favorite fillings.

6I use pie fillings.

7Place 2 tablespoons in center through diameter, then roll or wrap up.
