- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Measure flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.

2Beat with rotary beater until smooth.

3For each crepe, lightly butter 8-inch skillet.

4Heat over medium heat until butter is bubbly.

5Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into skillet; immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom. Cook until light brown; turn and brown on other side.

6If desired, while warm spread applesauce, sweetened strawberries, currant jelly or raspberry jam thinly on crepes.

7Roll up.

8Sprinkle with sugar.

9Makes 12 crepes.
