- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

3Sift flour with salt and sugar; add to egg mixture.

4With hand beater, beat until smooth.

5On griddle or in chafing dish, heat salad oil or shortening.

6Drop crepe batter in 5 rounds on griddle; cook, turning once, until a light brown on both sides.
