- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup flour
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil

66. Heat a lightly griddle or non stick pan over a medium-high heat. Pour the batter onto the Pam straight from the blender, using approx 1/4 cup for each crepe.

88. Cook the Crepes for 2 minutes or until the bottom is lightly brown. Turn and cook the other side.
