Crepes with Ham & Cheese

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese, divided
  • 150 g deli Black Forest ham, chopped
  • 1 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
  • 12 crepes (8 inch)

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Melt butter in small saucepan on medium heat.

    Whisk in flour; cook and stir 1 min.

    Gradually stir in milk; cook 6 min.

    or until thickened, stirring constantly.

    Add 1/4 cup Parmesan; cook and stir 1 min.

    or until melted.

    Remove from heat.

    Spoon 2 Tbsp.

    ham down centre of each crepe; top with about 1 Tbsp.
