Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 3 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. onion
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 can crescent rolls
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except dough and press mixture into a loaf pan.

2Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.

3Cool in pan for 5 minutes.

4Drain off fat and invert meat loaf onto a cookie sheet.

5Separate roll of dough into 4 rectangles.

6Overlap slightly on a pastry cloth or floured board to form a large rectangle.

7Roll out to 10 x 5 inches.

8Drape over meat.

9Trim excess.

10Bake in 325° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

11Yields 6 to 8 servings.
