- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, 1 separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Lay out 1 package of rolls in bottom of pan.

3Pinch seams together.

4Mix cream cheese, 1 egg and 1 yolk, sugar and vanilla.

5Mix well.

6Spoon over rolls.

7Take other package of rolls and spread on top.

8(I lay rolls out on waxed paper first so I can push out to right size.)

9Brush slightly whipped egg white on top.

10Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

11Chill.

12Great for breakfast or as dessert.
