- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Spread one package of rolls on a greased 10 x 13-inch cookie sheet.

2Mix the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Spread on top of rolls.

3Put another package of rolls over.

4Beat egg white slightly; brush on rolls.

5Mix 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and nuts; sprinkle on top.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
