- 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Directions

1Pat one can of the rolls into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat egg yolk, cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla together.

2Spread on top of the rolls.

3Place the other can of rolls on top.

4Beat the egg white until stiff; brush on top of the rolls.

5Mix together the 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and nuts.

6Sprinkle on for topping.

7Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
