- 3 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked ham
- 4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease 2 large cookie sheets.

3In a medium bowl, combine chicken, ham, mushrooms and cheese.

4Separate crescent roll dough into 12 rectangles.

5Firmly press perforations to seal. Spoon rounded 1/2 cupful of chicken mixture onto center of each rectangle.

6Pull 4 corners of dough to center. Crimp edges to seal.

7Place on prepared cookie sheets.

8Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 350° for 14 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 servings.
