- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. lukewarm water (85~)
- scant 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 5 c. flour (or a little more)
Directions

1Mix yeast, warm water and 1 tablespoon sugar well.

2Add lukewarm water, scant 1/2 cup sugar and oleo.

3Add eggs and flour; mix and knead.

4Put in refrigerator at least overnight.

5Divide dough in 3 parts.

6Roll 1/4-inch thick in circle.

7Cut into sections like pie wedges and roll up from large end.

8Place on greased cookie sheet and allow to raise 2 hours.

9Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
