Crescent Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. each oregano, basil
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- garlic to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls
- 1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- milk
- sesame seed (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground beef and sausage, stirring until crumbly.

2Add onions, spices, tomato paste and garlic.

3Mix well.

4Cook for 10 to 15 minutes and cool.

5Combine egg, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in bowl and mix well.

6Press crescent rolls into two 3 x 10-inch rectangles.

7Layer ground beef mixture, egg and cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese on rectangles.

8Roll each to enclose filling.

9Place on baking sheet.

10Brush with milk.

11Sprinkle with sesame seed.

12Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
