  • crescent rolls 1 lg. can Pillsbury
  • 1 pound sausage browned and drained well
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper or to taste

Directions

    Press crescent rolls into the bottom of a 9x13 inch buttered pan.

    Sprinkle with cooked sausage, then the 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese.

    Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour over other ingredients.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until set.

    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
