  • Cooking spray
  • 1 (8-ounce) can Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 6 to 7 thick slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

    Preheat the oven to 350F.

    Lightly coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

    Separate the crescent dough and press into the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of the prepared baking dish.

    Place the cheese slices over the dough.

    In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk, onion, and salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour the mixture over the cheese slices and sprinkle the casserole with the bacon.
