- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Use 1 package rolls to line bottom of pan.

3Cream sugar, egg yolk, cream cheese and vanilla; pour over rolls.

4Cover with second package of rolls.

5Beat egg white slightly and brush on top of rolls.

6Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon; sprinkle on top.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
