Crescent Roll Cheesecake

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls (one for the bottom and one for the top)
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg yolk (save white for the top)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Press one package of crescent rolls in the bottom of the pan.

    Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.

    Spread on top of rolls in the pan.

    Put the other package of crescent rolls on top. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned at 350°.
