- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/3 cup warm water
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- flour (as needed)
- melted butter
Directions

1In a saucepan put milk, sugar and salt.

2Heat until melted. When cool, add to beaten egg and dissolved yeast.

3Add enough flour until dough is too stiff to beat.

4Cover and let rise double.

5Push down and roll out.

6Cut.

7Brush 1/2 of circle with melted butter.

8Fold over.

9Let rise 20 minutes in a greased pan. Bake at 450°.
