- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 c. tap water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. flour plus 2 1/2 c.
Directions

1Beat eggs, sugar, salt and add melted butter along with tap water.

2In separate bowl, mix 1 package yeast with 2 cups flour. Add to liquid and beat with mixer until stiff.

3Add remaining 2 1/2 cups flour.

4Place in greased bowl and cover top with oil or thin film of butter.

5Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. When ready for use, divide into 3 parts; cut into circle.

6Brush with melted butter and cut into 12 wedges.

7Roll each wedge, starting with wide side.

8Let rise on greased cookie sheet for 4 hours.

9Bake at 375° until brown.
