- 5 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. Fleischmann's RapidRise yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. each: milk and butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 eggs
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, dissolved yeast and salt.

2Heat milk and butter until warm (105° to 115°). Gradually add to dry ingredients.

3Beat 3 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.

4Add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes at high speed.

5With spoon, stir in enough remaining flour to make a very stiff batter.

6Grease top of dough.

7Cover tightly with plastic wrap.

8Refrigerate batter for 2 hours or up to 2 days.
