  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine (less 1-inch)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

    Cream the butter and sugar.

    Add flour, salt, vanilla and nuts.

    Roll in crescent shapes. Bake 15 minutes at 375°.

    Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
