- 3 whole, boneless chicken breasts, halved and pounded (1 1/2 lb.)
- 6 slices cooked ham (about 6 oz.)
- 6 slices Swiss cheese (about 6 oz.)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. cereal flakes, coarsely crushed (about 1 1/4 c. corn or wheat flakes crumbs)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions

1Top each chicken breast with 1 slice of ham and cheese.

2Roll up; secure with toothpicks.

3Dip in beaten eggs.

4Coat with cereal flake crumbs.

5Place chicken rolls in a greased baking dish; drizzle with margarine.

6Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done.
