  • 1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced or chopped
  • 20 slices sandwich bread with crusts removed
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (6 oz.) bag potato chips, crushed

Directions

    Combine chicken, soups, pimento, onion and water chestnuts, mixing well.

    Spread evenly on 10 slices of bread.

    Top with remaining ten slices.
