- 1 pouch dry onion soup mix with chicken broth
- 2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted (optional)
Directions

1Crush soup mix in pouch.

2Combine soup mix, bread crumbs and pepper.

3Beat together egg and water.

4Dip chicken into egg and then crumb mixture.

5Arrange breasts on baking sheet.

6Drizzle with margarine.

7Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
