  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oleo or butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Soak together milk and coconut.

    Beat eggs together and add sugar, softened oleo or butter, vanilla, milk and coconut.

    Stir all together and pour into 9-inch unbaked pie crust.

    Bake at 475° for 15 minutes, then at 350° until done.
