- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oleo or butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Soak together milk and coconut.

2Beat eggs together and add sugar, softened oleo or butter, vanilla, milk and coconut.

3Stir all together and pour into 9-inch unbaked pie crust.

4Bake at 475° for 15 minutes, then at 350° until done.
