- 1 Plain flour
- 1 Water
- 1 Egg
- 1 Panko
- 1/6 head Cabbage (shredded)
Directions

1Open the sardines and optionally season with salt and pepper.

2Dissolve the flour in water and add 1 egg.

3Mix it together.

4Lightly coat the sardines in flour, dip in the batter, and then cover with panko.

5Don't fry them right away.
