  • 1 Plain flour
  • 1 Water
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Panko
  • 1/6 head Cabbage (shredded)

Directions

    Open the sardines and optionally season with salt and pepper.

    Dissolve the flour in water and add 1 egg.

    Mix it together.

    Lightly coat the sardines in flour, dip in the batter, and then cover with panko.

    Don't fry them right away.

    Let them sit awhile.

    Once the panko has become moist, then fry them!
