- 2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut in serving size pieces
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 2/3 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (white)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika oil
Directions

1Wash and dry chicken.

2Sprinkle in Accent and let stand 15 minutes.

3Pour milk into bowl.

4Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper.

5Dip chicken pieces in milk; roll in flour mixture.

6Pour oil in skillet to a depth of 1/2-inch.

7Heat until a drop of water sizzles in oil.

8Fry chicken, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes on each side, turning only once.

9Drain well on absorbent paper.
