- 1 bunch Kale, Destalked And Torn Into Bite Sized Pieces
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Celery Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven for 350 degrees F. Wash and dry kale.

2Place in a large bowl.

3Toss kale and olive oil together until the kale is evenly coated.

4Sprinkle in the celery salt and pepper, and continue to toss.

5Transfer kale onto 2 baking sheets, making sure pieces arent overlapping.

6Bake for about 12 minutes, or until kale has crispy and brown edges but green centers.

7When in doubt, test one.

8You should get a nice crunch and think OMG.
