- 1 jar mousse artichoke
- salt

- olive oil

Directions

1Clean and finely chop the leeks.

2Heat a pan, add a little bit of olive oil.

3Cook the leeks.

4Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

5Take a sheet of pastry spread the middle with artichoke mousse and top with the leeks.

6Fold the sheets into a rectangle.

7Put it in a dish and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.

8The sheets must be browned.
