  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 unpeeled potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients.

    Layer potatoes in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, brushing each layer with butter mixture.

    Bake at 425° for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
