- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 unpeeled potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients.

2Layer potatoes in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, brushing each layer with butter mixture.

3Bake at 425° for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese.

4Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
