  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup fish-shaped cheese crackers (such as Goldfish(R)), crushed
  • 1 cup oyster crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds shrimp - peeled, deveined, and rinsed
  • canola oil for frying
