- 1/2 lb. butter or oleo
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Peel potatoes, slice lengthwise into eighths.

2Melt butter in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

3Roll potatoes in butter, arrange in pan and sprinkle with salt.

4Combine flour and cheese; sprinkle over potatoes.

5Bake in 350° oven, uncovered, for about an hour or until tender.
